About MR KING Asian Fusion

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Brooklyn, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 12–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach MR KING Asian Fusion at (718) 693-5555; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Its Google rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 29 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

(You can pay with credit card). Been going here for several years now. The prices here continue to beat inflation. I always just go and get food from the hot bar. Get the lo mein / fried rice with 2 entrees for 10.75. It’s 11.75 for 3 entrees. The portions are giving and packed to the brim. If you see the first photo, we got two meals, a side of fish cake, and two drinks for 40 bucks

Not terrible, but there’s room for improvement. I ordered two portions of sweet potatoes, but one of them came as a mix of sweet and regular potatoes. The service wasn’t very pleasant, and the place didn’t seem well-maintained. I might give it another shot in the future, hoping things improve. For now, it’s a 3-star experience or a C-

Non-terrible standard powdered tea boba flavors (Thai tea, Original / Black milk tea / Taro / etc.) with non-terrible tapioca bubbles / boba, at least when I went in the morning (~1130a), not the freshest I've ever had but not bad. Price was reasonable as well for powdered bubble tea. They also had a standard machine to mix/shake the powder+tea and a sealing machine for the top so you can take the bubble tea home in your bag without worries about spilling if desired. Wandering around the neighborhood looking for bubble tea, saw a review mentioning bubble tea in the Chinese restaurant a few stores down, they sent me here.
